From that teenage adventure, I'll always remember the wonders and the complete change of scenery. The overwhelming heat of the August sun, the sweetness of the mountains of pastries, the dishes eaten with the hands, the nights under the stars, this great dromedary ride and the salt in your hair.

Along with these fuzzy memories come fantasies of a glorified elsewhere, filled with exotic creatures, a plane flying over the desert and the desire to lose myself in imaginary tales.
